Manchester United will participate one more edition, and there will be already 19, in the MICFootball. The Red Devils have confirmed their presence on the Costa Brava from April 12 to 17, 2022.
For the organization, it is a privilege to add to the list of confirmed teams United, one of the most global and traditional clubs in the history of football.
United have won the MICFootball once. It was in 2005, in the A category, an edition in which Arsenal also debuted in the list of honors (in category D).
Manchester United currently has in its first squad two promising youngsters (already realities) who have played MICFootball with the English team’s shirt. One is Marcus Rashford, a fast forward, who was on the Costa Brava in 2010. The other, one of the candidates for the Golden Boy and the Kopa Trophy, Mason Greenwood. Both MICPlayers accompany Cristiano Ronaldo in the lead for United.
In the ManU we also find other MICPlayers. One is Diogo Dalot, who came to the tournament in 2013 with FC Porto. Eric Bailly played for RCD Espanyol that same year. And Juan Mata, who was in 2003 with the colors of Oviedo.
