With less than 100 days until the start of MICFootball’s 23rd edition, which will be held on the Costa Brava in April 2025 (15th to 20th), the list of participating teams is getting fuller every day. The tournament organization can announce that five categories out of nine are already complete.
On the one hand, the U12A category will have 28 teams, where players born in 2013 will compete in the 11-a-side football format. On the other hand, 52 teams will compete in the U15 category and 76 in the U16, the largest of this edition. Finally, players born in 2006 and 2007 will compete in the U18 and U19 categories, completed with 56 and 44 teams respectively.
However, the registration period for MICFootball 2025 is still open in the other four categories and, therefore, teams can register to experience this Easter the tournament where the future stars are born. Among this year’s confirmed teams, there are some of the best youth academies on the world stage with clubs such as Real Madrid CF, FC Barcelona, Atlético de Madrid, FC Bayern, Ajax FC, Arsenal FC, Liverpool FC or Manchester United, among many others.
With just over three months left until the kick-off, team confirmations continue on the MICFootball social networks in an edition that is on track to break record participation numbers.
